At Seaside Creamery, we churn every scoop using a premium frozen custard base from Meadowvale, Crafted with rBST-free milk and real ingredients. From classic combos to creative house-made mix-ins, our flavors are bold, rich, and made to stand out.
Custard mix is made with the same ingredients as traditional ice cream, but with the addition of egg yolks.
Legally, frozen custard must contain at least 10% butterfat and 1.4% egg yolk by weight.
This gives custard its signature richness and a lusciously smooth texture that sets it apart from standard ice cream.
